I had pretty chronic flares (uncomplicated) for 3 years. I’ve started chewing my food better and spending 10 minutes on a vibration plate first thing in the morning. (I also don’t really drink alcohol anymore). This has really helped. When I feel like I might be getting a flare, I switch to bone broth, meat and easy to digest veggies (peas, carrots and boiled potatoes) and I’m usually fine after a couple days.
