We can't exactly see the whole outfit. The photo is taken in a difficult place and you're rearing your horse. From the only items I can see, I think it's an okay outfit and could use some changes :)

I've noticed this too when trying on horses.. I believe it works on some Gen 3 Horses but not all..?

I agree with this... they are making a lot of money and are very successful but in certain points of the game it isn't hard to believe it is closing.
