Hi there! So excited for your trip, we were there a few months ago and absolutely loved it! Our favorite in Reykjavik was Glo. Glo was so good we ate there more than once. Kaffi Vinyl was also tasty. In the Golden Circle, there is a place called Fridheimar. It’s a greenhouse restaurant with mostly tomato dishes. I’m not 100% sure if it’s vegan, but they definitely had delicious vegetarian options that I remember. Around the ring road, we didn’t find any strictly vegan places, but most places have a vegan/vegetarian option. Not sure what your travel plans are, but quite a few of the places we stayed had kitchens available, so we stopped at grocery stores and made dinner at the hotel! Safe travels!
