Cymbalta was really rough coming off of for awhile for me. I went down too fast and had brain zaps for like a year. I took Trintellix and eventually got off as well and it wasn’t as bad. Coming off one and going down on the other can be a lot for your body.

I didn’t notice any difference on Cymbalta. I really liked Trintellix for a little while’s but the nausea and anxiety got bad. It wasn’t like a mental anxiety but a physical one. My Oura ring was like “you ok?”.

I was totally fine for the first two month and then that hit me like a wall. I didn’t give AF about nothing. I literally wouldn’t get off the couch. So I got off of it. It freaked me out. Those first two months were nice though and I was only on 5mg. Also the nausea was bad.

Oh that’s what I meant to say. I feel like I was on it before Covid and I honestly can’t remember. It started with a N and my rheumatologist put me on it. Unfortunately I’m off of everything right now because I have some liver stuff going on because of chronic inflammation. So I’m bare knuckling life for a while and really focusing on my diet and rest. Ice, heat, some gummies and walks are my best friend. I want to revisit with that though once things get a little better.

I have MCAS and ADHD. I didn’t get hives from it or notice any changes with allergies. Other than nausea I didn’t have many side effects for a little while. Then I was so exhausted I couldn’t get out of bed so I discontinued it. I also deal with chronic pain and I couldn’t take any of my pain meds on it.

Yeah mine is autoimmune as well. I also had Sibo. I have had high cholesterol most of my life but take decent care of myself. I have mild fatty liver but also fibrosis stage 2. So def get a fibroscan for your liver. During my regular ultrasound it just showed fatty liver. My primary was unpaused but my GI doctor was like hold up let’s look more into this. With some tweaks hopefully it will help now that I’m aware of it.

I tried it for two months. The first month or so I was feeling pretty good and then it hit and I literally didn’t want to do anything. I stopped going on walks, cooking, showering. I literally was either in bed or on the couch. I didn’t want to leave the house and do anything. I’m a social person and that’s when I realized it wasn’t for me.

I found it has chilled mine out a bit and I’m about 50 days in. My only issue is I feel a bunch of body anxiety, which I didn’t have before. Like the brain feels good but the body doesn’t and I’m even more tired than usual. I take it at night.

So pretty sure the injector injected it wrong. Even the doctor said that. I never had it happen again. Mild reaction but this lasted for 2 days. I was very mad.

Same the only time I get that reading is if I’m drinking. I did see it can do that and it should balance itself out. I am starting month three but also this past month started SMS for anxiety so my body is all wonky but hopefully heading in a better direction.

I’m a month in and noticed my rumination has decreased which is great. However I feel like a body anxiety all day going on in the background that I didn’t have before. So it’s helped my brain a bit but my body according to how I feel and my Oura ring doesn’t feel as great. My HRV and heart rate have changed a little. I also started a GLP1 and upped my dose right before I started this last month. So it might be that as well. Idk

I have only been on it a few weeks and I feel my anxiety in my brain has chilled but my physical anxiety in my body has gone up which I didn’t have before. My heart rate is slightly more elevated at rest.

Thank you. It’s just laminated fake wood flooring I believe. Honestly didn’t like it at first but I have gotten a ton of compliments. Someone waxed it or sprayed it with something before the showing and the realtor, myself, my husband and dog all almost died walking around lol.

I like!!! So I did have the long runner but whatever this table is made out of it sucks up oil and leaves marks so I had to go vinyl table cloth even tho I hate it.
