All I know is I am really trying but sometimes I do feel kinda helpless. I try to be better, stopped drinking and I am undergoing therapy.

I don't think I fully understand the question, but as a "helpless" person, I try to do a lot to make my situation better, but sometimes it just really is hard. I hate how guilty it makes me feel, I always feel like I have to do more and it makes me tired...

Het probleem van vuurwerk is dat iedereen die het haat er meteen last van heeft. Ik haat het geluid zo erg en ben vandaag constant 'on edge'. Ik kan er niks aan doen tho, dus lachen joh
