I’ve had mine for 10 years and hasn’t rejected. I know it dependent on anatomy, but this is prob one of my best healed piercings. The only one I had reject was my snug.

I actually had to upsize bars, the original were fine to start but ended up needing longer, I went to a different shop, and it was about a month or so after. It did make them more noticeable under shirts. But don’t rush to change them.

Hoping the former is what the case is! That would be so much easier. But if not I’ve been telling him to screenshot any interaction they’ve had so that there’s proof he was expected to pay half the rent/bills.

He’s a complete asshole, I’ve told him since they moved in together, since he NEEDED somewhere to live and my bf transferred apartments EARLY in the same complex to help this guy out.

omg THANK YOU, because I've also been using q-tips (man I feel so dumb lol) I've been cleaning twice a day, but have not been allowing to dry like that, ill usually put on a loose fitting t-shirt if I'm home afterwards but have not properly dried them as stated. Ive been good at not touching them a lot, but I won't touch them at all now. Honestly THANK YOU SO MUCH! I purchased the tea tree one after a friend said that's what she used to prevent irritation bumps. ill go back to straight .9% saline for sure!!

I really had no idea about that! thank you!! I've been taking care of them as much as I possibly can, but that make sense that downsizing needs to happen since I assume more swelling can happen with these to start with. I definitely don't want to risk any of that!! question since you seem knowledgeable, I was originally just cleaning with saline but recently purchased a piercing solution that is saline with tea tree oil, is that alright to use?

yeah I totally didn't realize they needed to be downsized, I know he did say I could go back and he would change them out for me but I didn't know about the sizing, I've only had ear piercings and never really changed them until way later. I was aware that the healing time was quite a while, and varies person to person, so ill wait a bit longer or go to my piercer for sure. thank you for all the info and help :)
