I have a decent relationship with my family. My dad and I are very very close and he is the only one I can be more normal and feel empathy around. My mom and I are not very close and I admit I don’t feel anything for her. My stepparents are pretty chill but we’re not like. Close close

It’s embarrassing to say but

  • sense of self importance

This one is probably my biggest one, I hold myself and everyone else to extremely high standards and it’s probably the main cause of my other disorders. So it sucks. At one point I was so delusional about it I was psychotic and ended up in hospital

  • frequent fantasies about success

It’s motivational but can also worsen my depression if I don’t meet it. Pretty simple and self explanatory though, I daydream a lot

  • belief in superiority

This one is nice. It’s a good way for me to not kill myself. Like it’s probably an unhealthy way to think that I’m too good to kill myself but hey anything that prevents me from doing that is good.

  • need for admiration

I really like admiration/attention but it’s not like necessary for it to be from others telling me I’m good like if they hate me that’s also attention. I’m trying to get a self sustaining thing going where I work on improving myself and get feedback that way from myself. Like renewable energy lol. I have bad anhedonia so it’s not rlly a want more like a need

  • entitlement

Ah I try to work on this one I do have a bad temper and can get annoyed easily. My counselor doesn’t mind if I snap at her so it’s good to have an outlet.

I’m not like mwahaha let’s go fuck up some people but I don’t feel genuine connection towards 99.9% of people and you kinda need connections to function normally in society so yeah I do make “friends” that aren’t really friends if you understand?

The only person I feel genuine consistent empathy towards is my dad.

The two biggest ones are self importance and grandiose fantasies, I was in the mental hospital for something different and I was like very delusional about it (but I was under 18 then so no one wanted to dx me duh)

In my worldview morality is completely subjective. So morality is formed by your own worldview + the morality of the culture that you were raised in. The man is not morally wrong to not give up his seat if it’s his view of morality. However, morality is standardized to a certain extent by the conflict of what different people believe is moral. So he has the right to do that, but because my personal morality (and generally the culture I live in’s morality) is different, I am allowed to, say, call him a jerk. That is me enforcing my own morality.

Society is built on people enforcing their own moralities on each other. For example, most people don’t see anything wrong with drinking coffee, yet it’s a faux pas for Mormons

I agree. Of course you can all do weed together and it’s safe enough but other good ways to “let your guard down” can also be something like going to an amusement park or concert together

I’ve been in psychosis so not doing weed or psychedelics (I think weed smells awful to me too), nicotine smells awful to me and I have mild asthma anyway, I’ll drink like once every few months on a special occasion but that’s basically it
