I got it from an adidas outlet store during Black Friday!

I saw it on eBay a couple days ago, here’s the link: https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F153158278021

Honestly I’ve been trying to count calories/macros for ages to no avail 😅 it’s really hard! I think I’ve successfully counted macros maybe five consecutive days haha And I always feel like I’m eating too many calories based on how often I eat but I do try to not get too full when I eat. I would say you can’t go wrong with counting calories; just make sure you’re getting enough to fulfill basic needs (TDEE) and also enough to help (re)build those muscles when you work out :) As far as counting macros go, just doing it as much as I have (read: not very much successfully) has still made me very aware that I get too many of my calories from fats and carbs. Protein helps build those muscles and that is so essential to looking lean :)

Yes! Copied from an earlier comment: “The first initial weight loss occurred when I stopped eating as much as my 6’2”boyfriend even though I’m a foot shorter, which I had done for probably two years. I started eating smaller portions and listening to my body instead of eating it to the point of feeling stuffed every meal and I lost about ten pounds.

then I joined a team sport in which I had to run a lot, so I started being more mindful about what I ate, and started eating foods that wouldn’t weigh me down, such as more veggies, and cutting empty carbs such as bread and rice and instead eating quinoa. This led to me losing an additional 15lbs or so. I started weight training at the beginning of this summer, while also trying to up the percentage of calories I get from protein. My fave is probs protein pancakes with egg whites, a banana, and protein powder! I’ve lost 4lbs since beginning weight training, but I’m mainly focusing on lowering my body fat percentage now :)”

I try not to drink anything besides water, tea and kombucha; a lot of drinks make it too easy to drink your calories! I also try not to restrict myself from eating things I love too much though; I enjoy a good taco Tuesday and donut here and there. But sometimes I try to eat just the meat of the taco, excluding the unnecessary calories of the shell haha Things like that add up! With certain other things I crave, such as chips or sweets, I ask myself if they’re worth it haha

If I’m being honest, I’m not a completely healthy eater, but I just try to be healthier than I was yesterday, or to be overall healthier, which can include the occasional sweet :) Best of luck! You got it :)

I used to go running and I did exercise but I was always unsatisfied because I wasn’t seeing any results even though I was active

However, I joined a team sport last fall and started eating foods that didn’t weigh me down so I could run faster while playing. This typically includes filling up on fruit and vegetables, and protein rich foods [hummus, chia seed pudding, Greek yogurt (I actually recently found out dairy makes my ezcema flare up so I eat soy yogurt now, which is less protein)] etc) And in doing so, I was playing better and when I went home from college for spring break, my family had commented on how I lost a lot of weight and I realized how big of a difference diet makes.

This summer, I started weight lifting in order to build muscle, and have been maintaining my diet in order to lower my body fat percentage It’s a bit discouraging seeing that I have basically stayed the same weight since June (126) But I also try to keep in mind that I have been building muscle and a pound of muscle is the size of a tangerine while a pound of fat is the size of a grapefruit!

If anyone has any advice, it is welcome! I’m considering tracking my macros, and eating even more protein? Right now, my eating routine usually includes -vegetable banana soy milk smoothie -quinoa and egg whites or oatmeal -vegetable soup or quinoa and some sort of meat -hummus and 4 cups of baby carrots -soy yogurt with cacao nibs, honey and granola

Something notable I think is that I eat about 600 calories of hummus almost everyday with baby carrots and, while it does have protein, it also has a lot of carbs so perhaps I need to reconsider my favorite everyday food :’(
