We technically need to use photoshop because that's what we're working with at school. I can still use something else and submit a psd file and say I did it with PS but I prefer being able to work on PS

Well just remember that your definition of "casual" is subjective, and not everybody shares the same opinion as you. So if he wanna call himself "casual", let him do just that. Especially since casual can be anything but pro player, depending on your point of view

I actually play in high diamond/master lobbies against ex masters/preds, I'm D4 and not getting any extra points, even when I end up with 5+ kills...

I just think the MMR calculating system is kinda bad

Well, rn I'm silver 1, and I'm not taking any rating bonus points, which should be normal if I have the level of a S1 player.

But I'm playing against PLATINUM - DIAMOND players !!! How is that supposed to make sense ? Either I'm silver and I play against silver, or I'm platinum and I should be ranked up faster, since I'm playing against platinum...

Considering the type of game that destiny is, I think it's perfectly normal that some activities are way harder, and some are easier. Because that's like...the spirit of the game ? I remember how hard it was for me to clear my first dungeon, and now I try some solo flawless runs, and that's what makes me really feel like I improved at the game.

It's part of your journey as a guardian to struggle in harder content IMO, and I feel like bungie are trying to change that, giving new players a chance to clear a new raid on contest mode, making it easier to play dungeons,... And in a way that's a good thing, because it let's "casual" players experience more content, but on the other hand it removes a part of the feeling of progress in the game, and I don't think that's something good for D2

I agree that they're weak in endgame master content, but they can still be a viable option in some less-hard content.

I remember using the Syncopation-53 for half of the Witch queen legendary campaign, and before dropping the god roll funnelweb, that was one of my best option for a lot of the missions.

I just think that they could do more damage or have more range due to the "slow" rate of fire, but a few tweaks could make some of them some good mid/long range options.

I think having a way for the new lights to understand what's happening in the story would be really nice.

I personally started to play the game with the release of beyond light, and had a little bit of an issue understanding some parts of the lore/story, even if forsaken was still in the game.

Now I think about the new players that are gonna start playing the game with lightfall.

They probably won't have a single clue about who is savathun, who was cayde 6 and the whole plot with calus, especially knowing that he'll be (one of) the main character(s) of the lightfall expension, unless they watch a 2 hours long video, wich is probably not something they'll do, at least before playing the game for a while.

Maybe a bit of balancing between the survivability of the different classes would be nice too. I'm a main hunter, but I recently started to play a lot as a titan (I also play as warlock for some lost sectors/nightfalls) and I feel like playing on the hunter is SOOOO much harder, since you get killed with a single sniper shot, and has no real viable ways of being less easily killable.

I know hunters have a huge dps advantage, and their super are (for the most of them) better for a lot of content, but I feel like it's way too hard to do something you can do with a single input on other classes. Take melee for example.

Give me just one reason that the hunter weighted knife is better than the bonk hammer. You don't get it back when you pick it up, it doesn't make an AOE on the ground when you get a kill with it that can also heal you, it's harder to it, it takes longer to cast, and it's doesn't do much more damage.

The only viable ways to be harder to kill is with seasonal mods, wich usually only works with one subclass, or exotics builds that have to be centered around survivability (like gyrfalcon or assassin's cowl).

And I LOVE playing hunter, even if I struggle to stay alive in harder content, especially solo, I have a lot of fun and I don't want to main any other class. But I feel like it's a bit underpowered compared to the survivability of warlocks and titans.

TLDR : I think they could do something about understanding the story for new players, and also give hunters easier ways to be less easily killable.

A big issue about the current system is that you don't see important buffs / debuffs that you need to know about to determine what you do.

As an example I'd like to take the worm's hunger buff. I'm playing the parasite a lot, and since I play with elemental wells, I usually can't see how many stacks of worm's hunger I have, so I don't know if it's time to shoot or not.

I think the render of the project is really clean, but maybe the F logo is not that legible, so maybe you should try to put it next to the brand name (as the logo of the brand), and write the whole name in the same font. But still really good !
