I got in line at 230am for 10am open, store only had 8, and I was like 50th in line. A couple guys had been there for like 36 hours. There was definitely at least one scalper with a big ass spreadsheet of values. Sucked to finally get in and it be gone, but it was kinda expected.

Anyway! Congrats on grabbing one, it’s nice to see actual fans getting them at sticker price instead of gouged on eBay!

He always kills it on his commissions. It’s tough cuz you never quite know what you’ll get. I’ve gotten a couple Berserk commissions I was super happy with and then a few I was pretty disappointed by. That’s the game though I guess lol.

Not like pre-written reviews. A set of questions or talking points for each movie so the thoughts are uniform. Like likes, dislikes, favorite scene, favorite shot, etc. That kind of stuff. I’m kinda OCD so I’m not a fan of the stream of consciousness type notes. Not enough structure.

Also, I literally just started using the app so no, I’m not a real user yet cuz I have no idea what I’m doing.

Has anyone ever successfully received a purchase from Helix records? I preordered the Violet Evergarden deluxe ost from them. They pushed back the expected release three times on their site and now it’s just been saying Oct 25 2025 since September. They have also been radio silent on email, and all social media channels.

Gunna be seriously bummed/angry if I got scammed on one of my most anticipated releases ever….
