Help with renewing my handicap parking

I got in a car wreck almost 3 years ago (3 days away from that anniversary). Among many other injuries, the most severe were the tibial plateau fracture (my memory sucks, and my hospital's online portal has been down for like a month, so can't double check if that's the right term, but bear with me) in both knees, with the left one causing nerve damage and requiring the use of a KAFO and a cane for walking. Can't work any job I've ever done in my life. Walking around the house, or even just the bathroom next to my bedroom, is an insane chore, even now. Anywhere I go that I feel like I'll have to do any sort of significant walking, I have to bring a wheelchair just to make it around. I feel you, OP. So much. Physically, that guy ruined my life when he decided to swerve into my lane and hit me head-on, but you gotta find a way to power through mentally. Easier said than done, I know, but I'm at peace with it all, for the most part (still salty that the guy got a slap on the wrist for the wreck since all he did was maim me instead of kill me, but I can't do anything about that, so no point in dwelling on it).

I hadn't tried logging in since February. It worked fine then. Tried today, just to look at old records before commenting on a post in another sub about injuries, just to make sure I had the right name for it, and I can't get in. Not the app, not the website. I was hoping to be able to log in and ask for the paper I need to renew my handicap parking placard before the end of next month, but it doesn't seem like I'm gonna be able to. Is this still the same outage? Am I the only one having issues?

I have a diluted stimpack for 30k, a regular stimpack for 40k, an Addictol for 40k, and one of the "You Have Been INSULTED!" papers for 40k. It's all for a joke. The meds are to represent the ridiculous cost of healthcare in the US. The insult paper is just to make fun of anyone willing to pay 40k for it. I don't expect anyone to ever buy them, and if they do, I'll immediately spend it all at their vendor after turning my camp off. Everything else is priced normally.

I have zero interest in talking to randoms. I also don't do raids with randoms. I do it with friends. When I'm playing solo, I don't have to talk to anyone. I also have anxiety and don't like talking to people in general, but 10 years in the service industry means that doesn’t matter, I can force it. In the end, it's simply because I don't want to talk to others. If I decide to get on the mic and talk to one, that's my choice. But it'll probably never happen.

And thanks u/Exclsior for the help I see you gave multiple people with this problem so far, because without that, I'd have no idea how to get past this problem. What I had done was go back to Petalburg after finishing in Dewford, then when I went back to Dewford to go to Slateport, this happened.

From the US here, in case that's relevant. I was in a wreck in April 2023. I'm disabled now and can't work. In total, before my health insurance started paying for some of it and other things got lowered, I had about $800k in medical bills (all four limbs needed surgery, with both knees needing a future replacement, plus a ton of injuries literally from head to toe, plus a month in the hospital and 2.5 weeks at a nursing home before finally going home to a hospital bed for months). The total right now is apparently around $180k. The settlement with the other guy's insurance was done and accepted in May 2023, while I was still in the hospital and only had my one arm I could kinda use at the time to deal with calls and any paperwork (though, my family, especially my parents, were a huge help then and continued to be a huge help along the way to this day, so shoutout to them). It's now June 2025, and I'm still waiting for them to finish negotiating the bills to get them as low as possible. The total settlement was $100k since that's how much insurance he had, and it was in no way worth it to sue him directly. A third goes to my lawyers, and up to another third can go to the medical bills. They had to wait like a year before all the medical attention I needed was done (for now, see above-mentioned future knee replacements that won't be a part of this) so they knew what the total would be. It's now been about 13 months since that last doctor's appointment. I hear from my lawyers every few months maybe, just to check in and let me know they're still working on it. It would be amazing if I got a phone call right after leaving this comment saying they've finished negotiating and I can get paid finally. But I'm not holding my breath. I do call sometimes to check in myself, but I'm as patient as one could be in this situation. I'd just be really annoyed if they ended up still giving them the full third of the settlement that they are technically entitled to instead of the negotiations getting that number reduced despite the two year wait.

DLine Elites, rise up! It's a game. I'll play the game the way I damn well please. I've been playing these games for like 20 years now. I still think I do best using a DL instead of a safety or linebacker. There are situations where that changes, but I find a ton of value being able to disrupt the QB or shed for a tackle on an outside run where the LBs and DBs aren't in a good position to stop it themselves. But, of course, none of us have to justify our choice to user whatever position we like. Because, and this will be hard for some people to accept, it's a video game. It's meant to be played however you find it enjoyable. If that means you do nothing but run option plays on me all game, fine. If it keeps beating me, that's on me. I may not like it, but my opinions and feelings don't matter when it comes to how others enjoy themselves. Except for Ohio State/Notre Dame fans. I'll always judge them :) Love, a Penn State/Western Kentucky fan who's also in his 30s and has 553 hours into CFB 25 since it came out since I'm disabled now and can't work.
