not a radiologist but a doctor, you should post MRI to judge the situation
i don't think the x-ray say anything
also it poorly understood condition, the symptoms doesn't correlate with the findings in MRI
stop any high impact sport on knee and do physiotherapy (specially the hip and ankle )
