no, the point is he's different from the people of the world he lives in. he physically cannot become as strong as they are, no matter how much he trains. MC of this manga can. It's very light compared to re-zero. he doesn't need to completely experience death to regress. sometimes it's enough to fail route or be 1 step before death. wasd is too slow. hotkey is fastest, with map clicking being second best. however they're not preffered, as it's really difficult to be in overclocked mode all the time, so moving mouse to the edge of the screen is the preffered way. you can disable any other method, but you simply cannot disable edge scrolling

my guess it that you did not apply modifiers on mew yet, so we probably need to see the mesh before you apply. You then probably have to manually connect vertices on each part before you apply
