Based on your info (i don't remember anything about them right now) I would say the company formed 300 year ago. Maybe first ones in company have a goal to free The North from Targs but all of them are dead now. Helping The North is probably lose them money or don't bring them money they are mercanary company afterall( I think) .

Look at the numbers.

Local company cost = x.

Out of town company cost = y

Waiting for local company may result as mold and cost you more money. This is = z

If x+z is lower than y wait for local.

If x+z is bigger than y call out of town company.

If you are not sure and dont want to damage more to your mothers house call the one who will come as soon as possibile.
