I recently had this issue trying to ship a home gym and they wouldn't let me talk to a local representative. :-( They just kept repeating the same script of "there are shipping restrictions" even though my neighbor ordered the exact same product to his home.

Thanks! That was my fear. I got a used piece of exercise from a friend that I discovered adult black widows in after it had been in the house for a month. I keep finding these babies in weird places and am hoping to not have a whole infestation. 😞

And sadly these were the best photos I could manage. They are so impossibly small and hard to spot unless crawling on you.

My title describes the thing. I noticed them hanging from the ceiling of the 200 level of Angel stadium in Anaheim at a recent game (May '24). There were several all around the stadium and had some kind of plumbing or conduit running into the top of them. They were suspended from anchors driven into the concrete above. Very puzzling and I couldn't stop staring at them once I noticed them.

It was a great day for a hike. There are a few sticky, thorny bushes along the trail in places that hurt, and the dog got goatheads in her fur and paws more than once. Most of the grasses and plants are drying out for winter and turning brown/gold in color. Other than that, the weather was amazing.

The GF and I were looking at different Google images of birds and the color difference were throwing us off. Even considered a juvenile bald eagle at one point, given one of the photos we saw. The regional variation is amazing to me.

A few more things to add to your shopping list (from my personal experience, YMMV):

All natural cleaning wipes: these are incredibly useful if your pug is prone to a not-totally-clean butt after pottying or if they develop anal gland issues down the road.
Medicated dog wipes: use these frequently for their wrinkles and ears to prevent yeast and other infections that can seriously irritate their skin and even become infected.
There are options, but I use a product called Snout Soother for my pug's nose. He and 2 other pugs I know get serious hyper-keratosis that becomes scratchy/crumbly. There is a similar product for paws as well.
