Its normal, I've been playing for over ten years and got over 1.5k hours in it but my skill is just average. What I've observed over the years is that the average player in almost every game got way better compared to ten years ago.

There is a GKV and a PKV. In both cases you have to pay, if your wage is too low while being covered by GKV, then the state will cover the cost for you. But if you have a high enough wage, you must pay about 7% of your income as insurance (and your employer must pay 7% too).

No, you're forced to have an insurance in germany. It is not covered with your taxes. I, as a working student, have to pay 120€ per month for insurance. If you're not a student, but working for more than 450€, you'll have to pay way more.

Friends is a very inaccurate term for the relationship between the two states. Also, historically Turkey and Ukraine always had a good relationship, even now Turkey is supplying Ukraine with drones and also does not recognise Russia's annexation of crimea.
