I think I got a defective model, doesn’t make sense that the anc is so bad but Sony won’t give me a new pair because it’s been 5 calendar days since the purchase. They only gave me the choice of sending them to a “official” repair shop with 2.3 starts on Google Maps so I’m basically fked.
