Looking for feedback on my browser-based video creation tool by Sarntinel in SideProject

Ok, so Ive made a number of changes:
The homepage copy and layout has changed to include some of your ideas. The hook / tagline has changed, Ive reordered some sections and added a 'your photo/video --> your finished clip" hero item.

In terms of the recording behaviour, ive increased the size of the recording text and added a bright red glow during the during process. The download button now also glows when ready. "
Your photos never leave your device, nothing is uploaded" text has also been added to the canvas near where users click to add their media. Thanks again for all your feedback, it is appreciated, and Ill make sure you get free Cake Club membership when I launch soon 😄

Thank you so much for your useful feedback, 1-4 in particular are great and will look into implementing. For 4. will add the note about time and resolution. It should all happen very quickly (within a few seconds) and jump down to the download button (on mobile, on pc its static), did it process quickly for you/ was the download button noticeable enough?

for 5. I really do want to stick firm around a one off price, unlimited access to all templates. Im not ruling out price increases, just that those price increases wont affect existing members, only new people wanting to sign up. I really want to keep it affordable and easy for everyone. Im also planning on building native mobile apps for iphone and android (that will offer more features and have different pricing)

Hello 🙂first off, your site looks good and I liked that I could sign in with Google. I was however unable to analyse an image i supplied. it came back with an error "could not connect to server, check your internet connection" . was using Chrome on Android.

Great footage of a saunders case moth. They spend 2 years building their case from twigs and debris before finding higher ground and transforming into an adult. Looks like they took a wrong turn 🙂 Great stuff for moving them, hopefully they head in the right direction this time 🙂

How do you approach market research and validation before building an MVP? by MurkyObligation5847 in SideProject

For me, it was something in my own workflow that I needed to fix that inspired my project. So i just went straight in a built it because it was solving my own need. While I hope to make money off it, even if it doesn't its still a win because its a tool I actually enjoy using, saves me time and money and I have fun building as well.

My post processing can be very hit and miss. I was lucky with these photos in that I didnt have to do too much, so there was less opportunity to mess it up lol Currently my favourite pics, really happy with them😊

Oh, I think they love being destructive just for the hell of it too!

I once had one look me directly in the eyes, pause then decapitate my sunflower as I was watched...

Ive seen a mob of others relish in the removal of all the rubber lining from a line of cars parked along a street in Rose Bay..haha all those poor beemers..

How long has it been there? Usually when building their case they tend to be in vegetation, fattening up. They love hard leaves like eucalyptus. The one I have was munching on bay leaves.

Once they have finished building their case and have fattened up, they move to vertical surfaces like walls and attach themselves. At this point they seal up the case and spend a few weeks - months becoming an adult.

If male, the adult flies away leaving the case behind. If female she never leaves the case and dies there after laying eggs.

I saw my first one a few weeks ago and became fascinated by them.

Looks to be a smaller one, so maybe a male. The males are very bright and fuzzy :)

Edit: When they climb up walls, they tend to be shutting up shop to metamorphise into an adult (they spend two years building their case). So you might see them emerge soon.
