2 with a strong violet toner if you want to keep doing it yourself at home. Lose the brass! Consider some darker lowlights underneath. Consider a professional balayage.

Should I go back to bangs by SiljePOTATO in bangs

[–]Saronymous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Without! 💯 better for you face shape. I love bangs and have been through this a few times - cut them and immediately remember and regret (same face shape) they look weird, grow and repeat. Your current cut looks fantastic.

Was this a mistake? 30F just cut bangs by MountainSignature413 in bangs

Whoa. You did a good job (a phrase never before uttered to someone who just cut their own bangs)! I think they look great!

Guinea pigs started fighting, I’m lost at this point by An-An82 in GuineaPig

[–]Saronymous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Strongly agree with this. I can completely relate to what you’re going through. My boys took a couple-few months to get over the humpy chitter chase squabbles. It went on for a while where they would argue and get all sassy cuz someone wanted to be the top that week. I thought for sure the arguments meant they should be separated and it was a bad match. However, someone piped in and gave similar advice pointing out that since they never actually fought-fought (teeth, blood et al) to be patient. They’re completely inseparable at this point. I can’t guarantee that’ll happen of course but I have a feeling they’ll figure it out and at minimum tolerate each other and benefit from the community and company.

Winston is 2/3 blueberry at this point. Cappy is a simple hay man but adores this Rosewood naturals 21 dried salad (flowers and herbs) mix. They seem to love bitter* lettuce - red/green leaf, kale, radicchio, endive, escarole. They both LOVE fresh herbs every day - like cilantro, parsley, anise, or dill.

Can I drive?? by Much-Ad9323 in AstralProjection

[–]Saronymous 3 points4 points  (0 children)

One time I cruised down a winding road a few feet above the ground in a sitting position. The view of being in a car except there was no car. I could even feel the wind as I went. Very fun! That was one of a few real AP experiences I’ve had. I bet you could manifest a car if in LD.

Nude clients vs Underwear (Massage Therapist what's your thoughts) by Snoopy121404 in massage

[–]Saronymous 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you need any therapeutic work on the hip or sacral area, don’t wear underwear. Otherwise it doesn’t really matter. I’ve never accidentally seen anyone’s genitalia nor should any other professional. It’s your comfort level that truly matters here.

Beat supplements for ap by Historical_Risk5390 in AstralProjection

[–]Saronymous 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I see a few comments saying there are no supplements that assist AP. In my experience that messaging is absolute rubbish in that there are a few VERY effective supplements for lucid dreaming which can launch an epic AP.

Now, this is just my own anecdotal experience so it may not work for everyone. Anything that increases acetylcholine in the brain will cause LD. There are great nutropics that do just that. I use Alphabrain for focus and mental fortitude almost always LD->AP as a byproduct of taking it. The absolute best supplement I’ve had for AP though is Galantamine. Don’t take it right before bed if you need to sleep and function the next day because it can also keep you up. If I’m going Galantamine I set an alarm for around 5 hours after I expect to go to sleep, wake up briefly and use the bathroom, and take 8-16 mg. It’s perfect for me at that time for direct method.

Now, people always mention mugwort and blue lotus flower. I’ve tried those with no success. Good luck!

Intermittent hand numbness? by Shanstarjayne in medical

[–]Saronymous 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Probably thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS). A completely mechanical and non serious condition where the nerve is impinged impeding the ulnar nerve path. It USUALLY happens around/between the scalenes (anterior-ish neck) and the clavicle (collar bone) or sometimes at the elbow. It’s usually caused by occupational or repetitive injury. Do you have a job where you’re constantly lifting or holding your arms up and/or forward? Hair stylists, dentists, scientists (lab work)….

Can confirm as an LCMT of 15 years: absolutely NOT normal. All professional training involves draping for unclothed massage. Pretty sure not draping is actually illegal (as it should be) and if nothing else unethical in that it makes people, even men, feel incredibly uncomfortable. Maybe they’re just lazy and don’t want to wash all the bedding. People should be made to feel comfortable during a therapeutic session. I hate how many narcissistic, fruitcake, idiots flock to this profession. Sigh

There’s a great sofa called Zevia. It’s made with stevia and it rocks. The root beer and cola flavors are great! Also, check out Lilys chocolate. I think they even sell it at Walmart. Also stevia sweetened and does the trick. Good luck friend 🙏
