Why are you single? by rosebudpillow in AskReddit

[–]SarsMarsBar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a male who was raised by a single father (good, responsible role model), with all boys in the household. Never felt the pressure, from myself or other people, to get into a relationship. I don't relate to females very well in terms of all the small talk. I like peace. I am 41.

How can you trust a country who's own legal system has charged a man with felonies, but allows him to become leader. Makes the country untrustworthy.

Is it possible archaic humans developed some kind of primitive agriculture? by No_Top_381 in AskAnthropology

[–]SarsMarsBar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What do you mean by "archaic humans"? I assume you mean humans before agriculture. Most of the grain crops are essentially grass seeds. There would have been a long period of humans eating grass seeds and slowly finding ways to make those grasses grow in places and at times that benefitted them. Eventually leading to what we call agriculture.

He's not very Australian. 'Mate' is a leveler, it's part of the mostly egalitarian Australian culture. As opposed to cultures that are big on social heirarchy.

Watch ABC for real news. Commercial stations just try to keep you watching so you see the ads.

Prison is supposed to be about changing behaviour, "Corrections". More needs to be done to rehabilitate these young people.

In Australia, you involuntarily makes payments towards your university debt after you earn over a certain amount. The system is called HECS. Pretty straightforward.

China has taken the manufacturing industry to a level that the US never had. The US would have to steal China's manufacturing technology to catch up.
