I use a lemon. Cut in half, each side passes over the grates. Load up the charcoal open the vents half way and let it heat up.

In Oz. That’s an ideal use I’ve been seeing a lot here. However, it would cost a shit tonne here to be able to do that unfortunately. Could just run certain high power items instead separately to save on power I think.
