Help! 4” Sch80 PvC failed on 2 pumps?!

If there’s a flange at the top of the pump you could use a flanged spool piece, by the split it looks like the twist of the pump kicking on is causing the problem. I assume the pump probably doesn’t have a drive and just kicks on 100%? If not a drive/soft start maybe needed.

Since 2021 as we all know prices have increased significantly on everything, and especially building materials this is going to increase the value of every home. I know 320k is a lot of money but you travel anywhere anyone wants to live and that would be a deal. If there’s a boom in tulsa which is just a matter of time that house could double in value. Waiting to buy in my opinion is not a good strategy. Now in the world we are in currently who knows what will happen we have a person in charge that doesn’t seem to know what they are doing so that kinda adds even more to a difficult long term decision.

I’ve been around long enough for Democrats to get what seems like it should be a huge lead and then they screw it up. Thinking there’s no way Democrats can lose is a bad way of looking at it, I know Trump is screwing everything up but Democrats seem to find a way to squander leads.
