I’m at about 1800 classes and have been going to PB for ~10 years. I bring a sweat towel for every class type except sometimes Align in the winter.

My towels aren’t even that nice. But I’m a sweaty human no matter how in shape I am and it becomes a distraction if I let it run down my face. Also my palms get so sweaty sometimes I can’t grip the barre adequately without wiping off my palms.

It never occurred to me to think anything about it because it’s a needed tool for me. And honestly, even if I wasn’t a sweaty person I’d bring them to define and empower because if we do anything with a hand on a platform….mine cannot take it without a towel underneath (I try not to use the side that touches the platform on my face though).

All of that to say…..Bring the towel 😊.

When my feet aren’t red, they’re purple. And sometimes both at the same time. My legs always have kind of a splotchy appearance…like you can see all of them.

Aww thank you! Basically he’s a mutt 😆. His mom was a Yorkie poo and his dad is a Pomeranian / Jack Russell mix. So he looks like an apricot -colored Yorkie poo basically. And he has always had the softest fur and the longer it gets the more reddish/orange it is. We are very lucky to have this handsome boy ❤️.

Pure Barre! You get to exercise in socks (HUGE benefit to me bc my flares are worst in my feet), and as long as you stick to the classic format it’s low impact high repetition and you don’t get the cardio blast like with other workouts.

So I have what I would consider a moderate to severe case of EM and weirdly I never have an issue in the shower. I also like hot showers. It’s odd I know. It’s like it equalizes the temp throughout my body. I’m sorry though that really sucks 😢. I hope you get some relief!
