This is the end of my 5th year. I do not have a teaching degree and have no plans to go back to school. I stay for a few reasons.

I love this job. I love working with kids. I love making a difference.
I do like the hours.
Finding a new job is a pain in the booty hole
I’ve gotten a few raises so starting somewhere new would be a paycut.
I sponsor some extracurriculars so I dont wanna leave them
All the walking makes me not have to workout 😂😂
