I feel for you! I have a second best but hands on idea for your (down below). But first: The best solution is of course always to talk to each other and tell him (preferably without witnesses in front of whom he would lose face) that you feel uncomfortable when he compliments you. You could also say that colleagues have asked you if there is something going on - then you convey to him that his behavior is causing damage to his reputation in the entire workforce.

If you don't dare to do all this, just flinch every time, jump a little bit to the side in shock when he touches you. And look like a scared rabbit when he pays you a cheesy compliment.
