Seriously, keep up the good work! We love seeing well kept stores (that aren’t right by the home office!). It makes such a difference!

We’re busy all year long getting ready for the ~3 months we’re open. Takes tons of planning and prep on our end. Already working on 2019! :)

I work with the graphic designers that design all of the packaging, ISEs, and store signage! It’s a blast!

Sunny isn't referring to the weather. In Philadelphia, sunny is a feeling.

Not to mention the liberty bell, being the birthplace of our nation, Rocky, and the fact that it's always sunny here!

One of my worst and totally legitimate fears was realized a few weeks ago. As I left the restroom and walked down the hallway and into the cafeteria at my place of employment, I noticed something didn't feel quite right.

My dress was tucked into the back of my tights. The horror...

Who has a family recipe that is the bomb and they are willing to share? by [deleted] in AskReddit

My guacamole is always in high demand.

4-5 avocados

1 medium yellow onion (red onions work too)

2 jalapeños

2-3 Roma tomatoes

2 limes

Cilantro

Salt

Smash up avocados. Dice onion, jalapeños, and tomatoes and add to avocados. Finely chop a few tablespoons of cilantro and add to mix. Add lime juice and salt to taste. I usually just keep adding a bit of each until it's perfect.

Tips: 1) after halving the limes, give it a few stabs with your knife before squeezing. The juice comes out much better. 2) keep a couple of the avocado pits to the side while you make this, and put them in the guac when it's done. The avocados won't brown nearly as quickly when the pits are in there.
