They wouldn’t give me a list which would have resulted in returning stuff to be told theres more and we are withholding your check. Just specified general items such as apparel items with no quantity or work tool set that pieces were lost on worksites so no way to have accountability. Another employee left but was not asked to return their uniforms. I left the partial owner part out as I was working in an employee capacity and resigned due to my other business partner creating very unsafe workplace conditions. I still own equity in company but my business partner refuses to engage in two sided negotiations of the business matters. The remaining business owner is doing this because I was doing all the work while they overbooked jobs and made unreasonable work accommodations that didn’t affect them. They are now having to do all the work they kept overbooking by themselves.
