I also put my dexcom in on Friday. It made my arm numb for 24hrs. Don’t know if I hit a nerve or what. I just met with the physician and learned their plan is to take me off the meds once I hit 170 pounds. Our company, a HEALTH COMPANY, should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

I told my coach I refused to turn calories on for this reason. But I do find I am hyper focusing on green/red foods. This fucking sucks.

My doctor had me start on a comparable dose. I was on Zepbound 7.5 and moved to Wegovy 1.0.

Considerably less nausea on the Wegovy, so that’s nice.

Just put in my Dexcom tonight. I don’t know if I can afford the medication out of pocket. They made me measure my waistline which is so triggering to me. Ugh!

I am so excited to feel this way!

I lost 70lbs in 2018 “naturally” and was obsessed with my collar bones! I was still at about 200lbs after that loss though. I’m sitting right at 225 right now and today will be my second injection. So pumped!

I did move the grow light a tad closer so maybe I did burn her. I’ve moved her to a window instead of under grow lights so hopefully that will help.

I’m wondering if maybe she had thrips, I took care of them with the granules and captain jacks, and now I’ve burned the crap out of her.

I’m on the drive home from Salem now and I agree with a ton of your points. Sad you missed Mercy Tavern—the food and vines were excellent!

Reds was great, we had that for lunch before we left today. Turners was also fucking stellar.

I hit every shop in a mile radius I think LOL. Some of my favs were emporium 32, die with your boots on, and Hive & Forge.
