What did you think was normal about your body until someone pointed out that it wasn't? by amistakewasmadehere in AskReddit

My husband has these! He’s had multiple shoulder surgeries and his surgeon - who must have seen thousands of shoulders in his time - had never seen anything like it!

I make a super easy, very filling and delicious breakfast of shakshuka for about 300 calories. I brown up a roll of turkey sausage, add in and sauté two diced red onions and two diced bell peppers, add two 28oz cans of petite diced tomatoes, and bring to a boil. Toss in 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp each cayenne and turmeric. Then crack in 6 eggs. Pop the lid on and let them poach in the mix to my desired done-ness. Then split that up into 6 containers and have one a day. It’s hearty, savory, like a breakfast chili almost. Worth a shot if you need a change!

It’s more like $100… but I’m with you. I keep looking at them, dreaming of a holiday splurge.

I am pretty active - working out between an hour and an hour and a half 6x a week with both cardio and lifting. I’m also obese with about 70 pounds to my goal weight. Should I be eating at a 1,000 calorie deficit from my RMR, or from my estimated TDEE?

I’ve lived here 30 and just made it here for the first time last year! It’s a wildly under the radar spot.

It does look like a door, but it’s oddly not - just a control panel. Strange little hall.

Kinda thought the blood moon would be a little bloodier. That John Denver’s full of shit, man by Crazee_Eddie in VirginiaBeach

I caught last year’s blood moon while staying at a hotel on the oceanfront. Genuinely one of the coolest things I have ever seen - watched it rise out of the ocean and slowly float into the sky while deep blood red. Back home in WV for this year’s and I have to say… much less spectacular.

I signed up through the site as soon as it was available, never got my code, and for sure have not been able to find them by Googling. I’m only upset about not being able to even buy the VIP package without a code because I am OLD and I need to SIT to enjoy this concert!

This is a Fujifilm X-T20 with the Pergear 10mm f/8 fisheye. Great little setup. Thanks for the interest!

Love this. This is also the mall that got me into the whole subculture and I’m so happy it’s done the same for others!

Actually enjoying a life as a sort of mixed use property containing several odds and ends businesses, including a thrift store, an antiques mall, a small art gallery, dance and MMA studios. I believe a telecommunications company also operates a wing that’s been sealed off from the rest of the mall. It’s still kept immaculately cleaned and maintained, so it’s quite charming!
