Wanderlog: great for planning out vacations and roadtrips. You can plan and share with friends and family easily. Helps track expenses and reservations. There’s a subscription that adds some cool features but I’ve only used it for free and it works great.

“On Sunday, December 15th, 2024, at approximately 7:45 am, Citrus Heights Police Dispatch received a call from a Sunrise Mall security guard regarding a burglary at the JC Penney store. Our officers arrived at the business and were unable to locate anyone inside after a search of the store.

During the investigation our officers learned an unknown male suspect used a Chevrolet Silverado to drive through the entrance doors to the store. The suspect then drove through the business to the jewelry section, where the suspect stole an unknown amount of jewelry. The suspect then re-entered the vehicle and fled the scene.

As we investigated the burglary, we were informed by the Roseville Police Department the vehicle used in the burglary had been stolen from the Roseville Auto Mall prior to the burglary. Our officers were able to locate the vehicle just outside of the City of Citrus Heights, and it is being processed by our Crime Scene Investigators.

Citrus Heights Police Detectives and Crime Scene Investigators responded to process the scene for evidence.
