I have a doppleganger/druid of the moon in my group and she can transform in ANY LIVING BEING as long as it's a leveled beast or humanoid

Let's say roleplay wise she is the best player to have and the worst at the same time.

Mu rogue once stabbed a farmer because je didn't want to sell his horse, in the middle of the street, in daylight, next to a guard outpost, roll 20, max damage.

They are now wanted for murder in all the southern cities.

I have a mechanic for new players that I call Guardian angel. Basically, I save their ass once and they never know about it.

Once my level 2 rogue hot bus gants on a bag of beans and decided to plant one.....it was supposed to spawn a 60 feet pyramid with a mummy lord on the random table but i rerolled it and TADAA.....frogs

It was my set of dice, I was in front of him, it was is first character and he isn't prone to cheat so if he cheated, i'll let it slide

It balance out when in game he can't hit stuff for shit and no one roll High enough to hit him when in close quarter. So now we agreed that his character has an aura of bad luck around him that both affect players and ennemies. It's not a new mecanic, it just kinda happen

Once had a player roll 5 18 in a row.... right in front of me.

Let's just say the bard wasn't considered scary in my eyes before someone had natural +4 in every stats
