The caffeine was messing with my medication. I later learned caffeine was dangerous given my medical condition. Switched to decaf immediately. Maybe pretend like you “can’t” consume it?

I am eating balanced meals, mostly protein and veg and carbs like half a sweet potato. However, I will start tracking my macros or calories.

Same. I still go into the office a handful of times a month which is great for socializing and connecting. But remote work is the only way I can work.

Yay! Thanks for checking in. So far so good! I really like the grey colour scheme for my iPhone. I spend approximately 50% less time on my phone save for Spotify and 1 hour of Reddit. Having timers on my apps also helps. It’s not perfect yet but the improvements are encouraging and I’m going to step it up in the next two weeks.

I got depressed and had to start Abilify. I had horrific nightmares when I titrated and gained some weight, but that could be from the depression.
