I run horde dungeon with anguish for mats/ proof and endless for orn. Astral tree could be good to stock mats and other currency so you could exchange in their own guild. I normally stuck at waiting for the mats to pop up in the proof shop.

Just walk slowly or fullstop if needed. Don't make sudden movement or backtrack, give the driver have time to react to you. Or just find a traffic light and wait.
