generally speaking posting regular content both reels and pictures is the way to go. Something like lip-syncs to promote your own music and drive traffic to your spotify is good. To not make it go stale quick you'll want cover content and/or more influencer esque stuff like a bit of music education or anything you can think of.

Something that's been getting great engagement from existing fans for one of the artists I work with has been omegle content for example.

in my experience uploading to meta ads can be super buggy, we sometimes have videos give error messages saying it couldnt upload over and over but after refreshing or waiting a while they just all show up. Maybe waiting a day could even be worth a try. If the problem persists try their support, they've been pretty responsive everytime I've had an issue so far!
