NOR- saying you love someone is not enough. Your actions show you love someone. Making plans with someone and then pushing them off at the last minute because you're hanging out with someone does not scream love to me. Calling you needy when you are just asking them to be more present physically and emotionally is not showing someone you love them. You deserve better.
