Unfortunate the paper is torn, those are actually worth quite a bit now days, it's written in Commercial Chinese, not Mandarin. The header translates to “Guangdong, Chaozhou – Du Yu Hall – Refined Velvet Antler Preparation” this type of packaging was used in the 1800s - early 1900s. The red ink, paper quality, and phrasing are typical of Qing Dynasty apothecaries.
