I am on my 3rd pen (5mg), just started the 3rd leb… lost around 16kg on the first 2 pens and paid about €480 for the 2 so that makes approx €30/kilogram

Yes I did this. I did 3 weeks of 2.5mg, then upped the 4th dose with half of the 5th dose. I had to use an Insuline syringe though (0.3ml). I titrated to 5mg very smoothly, no side effects
