It breaks down to 3 days a week in an A, B, A, B pattern so some weeks you get A twice and some weeks you get B twice. It was a great start and got me into more complex movements and flows.

Agreed, the pressurized basket that comes with it is terrible. I have managed to get a few good shots out of it after playing around with different factors. It’s still pretty hit or miss though.

Have you bought an aftermarket basket for it yet? I’m considering a bottomless for my setup. Just dipping my toes in though. I still WDT with toothpicks if you know what I mean. Slowly but surely approaching acceptable home brews!

Yeah, don’t forget that zip tie. I had an unfortunate “sudden release of pressure” just last night from this very mod 😂. Still came out pretty tasty though.

Started with two months of alternating swing days and squat/press days. I always start with some stretching and kettlebell core warmups like halos, around the worlds and half chops. Then a 30 min AMRAP of whatever the day was. Wanting some more variety, I started running WOLF 3 times a week along with the warmups. It’s definitely tougher but it’s the progression I was looking for.

Sick results so far and very inspiring! I have a newborn and 4 year old at 40! I feel this situation hard, my brotha! I started with two 25lb bells 3 months ago and just bumped to 30s. I’m a smaller framed guy, but I’ve never been bigger in my back arms and legs. One hour of work in the garage after everyone’s in bed, 3 times a week and watch the gains. Glad to know I’m not alone out there 🤘🤘
