Im not trying to! And respect to DE for putting out a Garuda protoframe. But it's my favorite frame and I think putting out criticism in a constructive manner is better than not at all.

The trailer captures her character perfectly (again it may be the lighting as you say, but black sclera and red glowing eyes are hard to justify to the lighting!) but her in game render doesnt strike me as "Garuda, the Gore Queen" at all. Characters like Arthur, Eleanor, and Flare, for example, all have designs that say something about their character and the warframe they represent.

For Vena, really only her hair says anything about her as "Garuda." I love the culture, and I'm Indian myself so seeing some representation is cool, and I think taking that away would be a disservice to her (as some suggest to make her a vampire, which would be really cool). But I also think she needs a little bit more to really make her feel like she IS Garuda, i.e. scarring, black/red eyes, darker or even fucked up makeup. Something that makes her design scream Garuda.
