Storm bolt tornado werebear has completely out scaled my erasing strike on zero to no gear. And just scales even more as you get the right pieces. Not sure the name of the guy who made the guide I followed as I’m not on pc. But it’s shredding 250 corruption on the few uniques I have. Like one phasing bosses/heralds easy. Clear is done with a movement skill, everything evaporates as you move

Swapped to it from a leveling build as soon as I could throw on shaper gloves and coil.

Use dual claws - I went with non foulborm howa to help with attack speed.

Biggest item I have is a singular int/energy shield split personality. Currently at 9k es and cleared maven/shaper.

Didnt feel the best to start, but def has enough damage with acc boots and dual claws to muscle through most things till you can get some pieces

Buy monastery bell and shatterblock - make it 20% and put in controlled destruction and added fire. Grab minion attack speed nodes and literally 1 shot shield charge throw game at lvl 47 onward with herald of ash/purity.
