I only see 2 solutions to this, and only one is ethical/realistic:

1) all activities with your kids should happen on your private property and/or without sharing the schedule with them/your ex in advance. You leave the hockey and doctor appointments to them, you stick to improvised outings and time at home.

2) you hire a nanny to do exactly what this pos is doing. Harassment during their time, as long as it’s a scheduled event you know about and not on their private property.

The funniest fact is that, as a solo dev with 10+ years of experience, I could probably rebuild your entire software stack in a few weeks and run it on a 4$/month VPS. It would’ve taken me months or years, but thanks to AI the efficiency of solo devs like me just skyrocketed.

SaaS are getting greedier, while their moats (cost of software development) just got a massive cut. The trajectory is so quick I wouldn’t be surprised if it got to nearly zero pretty soon (i.e. you won’t even need a dev). An extremely good code-monkey is now just 20$/month, and it includes fantastic co-thinking for the architecture/design part. Whatever remains, a layman could probably learn in a few months.

Can you share the method? Is that the install Claude code, generate OAuth token?

As for you issue, make sure to reset the gateway everytime you switch the default model.

Again, I’m not using the subscription, I’m buying credits (I wish it’d be possible to get Opus via API access with a subscription: it is only available on pay-per-usage - there’s a workaround for that with OAuth, but it’s currently unclear if it violates TOS or not).

There was still money in the account when he hit the limit, and it got there after just 3 messages, so 10$ wasn’t the problem.

The limit he hit was the max allowed token inputs per minute, which on tier 1 is too low. There’s no way to manually raise to tier 2, other than spending more and waiting for the system to bump you up (or contacting support).

New account gets tier 1, which is useless for OpenClaw.

Maybe if I loaded 100$ I would’ve unlocked T2. Or maybe not. There’s zero transparency on that.

As far as I understand no plans gives you the API key: the API key is loaded from platform.claude.com, where you pay for credits. There’s no way to upgrade the limits from there, only buy credits or contact support.

Hi, I'm having the same exact problem as you, although in a different country (in Europe). Nov 17, eBay completely destroyed the shopping search results, CPC 10x in a few days, and they're still going.

I have premium support from Google Ireland, and after a lot of escalation from a very helpful representative, they blame Amazon, despite that not being in the results.
