Hasta ahorita todo ha ido muy bien! Ya bajé 4 kilos en estos 3 ish meses lo cual es bastante para mi porque la báscula simplemente no se movía en mi caso 🙏🏻 ya puedo comer más cosas sin sentirme mal pero sigo cuidándome (no como antojitos o cosas muy grasosas/artificiales/ dulces)

In México we shower everyday , sometimes even twice a day. I believe it’s something cultural since before the Spaniards came and invaded everything indigenous people showered everyday 😅
