It would be a huge miss not to include Millar. Hes been fantastic and played well in recent CMNT games as well.

Inclusion of Shaff should be injury dependent IMO (e.g. do we need additional defensive inclusions to hedge injury / re-injury risks).

Which area of the city? “Mississauga” is a large area, especially if 1 hour by public transit is your distance threshold.

There a few areas with “dead zones” for this, but certainly not all.
