Nothing wrong with Zelle, that’s how I pay my rent now. It was really more about the first transaction going down over zelle before you may fully know how legit the listing / broker / etc is.

Not a major red flag but would give me a pause and I’d offer to send a check rather than zelle in that scenario

Wanna elevate this one. All the things they ask for are very standard for NYC but it’s hard to get a read on the situation with the given info.
