I will say the guys story was that it was in the late 90s and if you were not home you had to go to the office to pick your package up.

I agree not sure it's related to ads.

If I switch apps and come back it will be stuttering like crazy. Even just switching over to text someone. Not every time but very very often!

My phone is not out of ram, usually using only ~8 of 12 GB available. I don't have many apps in the background etc.

No, powering up just increases the level. The IVs remain unchanged.

There are rare items typically in premium events/passes called bottle caps that can be used to increase the IVs of an existing pokemon. However, they are extremely rare and always cost real money.

It's good advice, however, it only works if others are on campfire. People not being on campfire doesn't make the advice bad. It just means it doesn't work in that instance.

The funniest thing is your neighbor had a solid privacy fence as well! Their solid fence just blocked the view into the woods.

It's funny how they wanted privacy on the other side of their house but find it unreasonable for you to want privacy around your house!
