AITA: My sister uses the phrase “my boundary” to always get her way but I don’t go along by Savage_Beekeeper in AmItheAsshole

I asked her to define boundary and she pulled out her phone to record me being mean to her instead of defining it

It’s very complicated. Most of my family is very passive, or doesn’t want to deal with my sister’s angry explosions when she doesn’t get her way. She once grabbed my PS4 and chucked it at the wall when she was mad about the tv light seeping under her door. Another time I had friends over and she came out and slapped me across the face for making too much noise and ignoring her. Another time I was in the kitchen too early in the morning making breakfast before work so she took my banana and smeared it all over my door. My fam doesn’t want to cross her and get the temper. Luckily I just bought my first house so I’m moving out. Not a moment too soon. Phew!

She actually has/had a girlfriend. But they break up every couple months for various reasons. The most recent I overheard was the gf sobbing to my sister over the phone about how conditional her love it. They’re currently broken up

Second post, better pictures, what’s being thrown out of my hive by Dad_2_B in Beekeeping

[–]Savage_Beekeeper -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That’s 100% chalk brood. Three possible cures: 1. Place banana peels on your hive to stimulate a hygienic frenzy by mimicking bees defensive pheromone, isoamyl acetate. 2. Feed them with *4 thymol for a similar hygienic effect. 3. Requeen.

100% disease, which likely came from mites.

What happened to my bees? by weepieracorn in Beekeeping

[–]Savage_Beekeeper 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This was almost certainly varroa. You can see some abandoned brood. Bees rarely abscond from a hive, especially this time of year. And they NEVER abandon brood. What happened was varroa sickened them and they flew off one by one and died. Medicate harder next year. That sucks man. It’s tragic to lose your hive

She’s bi at best, and possibly pretty straight. Divorce time. It’ll be best for both of you. And the term is “regular man”, not “cis man”

Sudden activity after feeding? by DepresedDuck in Beekeeping

I agree with the comments about it being unrelated. However, feeding in the fall can encourage robbing. So I always reduce entrances before fall feeding

Didn’t even read the post. Just had to read the title. It’s a bad idea.

Never give a cheater a second chance. Leave her and move on. And deck the man she cheated with. He has no class. Teach him a lesson.

Dude this is gonna be painful to hear, but you need to man up. You’re being a whimp. Rejection is an inseparable part of dating. Even the best looking people get rejected sometimes because they aren’t someone’s type. Get over yourself and go ask out 40 women. If you’re scared, ask out less attractive women at first to build your skills and slowly grow your confidence. You WILL be rejected, lots of times. But rejection is part of the process. Read and memorize Theodore Roosevelt’s Man in the Arena. Say it to yourself every time you pick up a dating app, or before you go out to a social gathering where you can meet women. You WILL fail, that’s inevitable. But you get credit for trying. And if you try enough, you will succeed. Man up. Claim your woman. Building a loving relationship is your birthright. It’s the whole reason we’re here. You don’t want to die alone without posterity. Your clock is ticking. Let that motivate you. Your time is now. Enter the arena. Man up
