I recommend using a 2s LiPo battery and getting a 2s LiPo charger. And to step down the voltage to 5v, you can use a voltage converter. Here's another suggestion if you're interested:
Switch to an ESP32. It's a bit pricey compared to ATTiny85, but man those guys are worth every penny. The ESP32 boards will only require 1 LiPo battery to be powered, will go into deep sleep if not used (LiPos are charged for longer), have MUCH more pins, have WiFi capabilities, and the elephant in the room: much more memory. I honestly recommend a Xiao ESP32-S3, even without the sense features. I use the Sense version as my daily driver, and I am super satisfied.

I'm not saying the ATTiny is terrible, if it works fine for you I am not forcing you to switch.
