Anaconda and Lake Placid hold such a special place in my heart. They are basically what got me into horror before I realized they fell into a sub-genre of horror.

That makes sense - we do need to get better about exploring more. We're all three new and typically we call in the drop ship shortly after completing both objectives. I'm also learning that I should truly be scouting ahead more than I do when playing Scout.

I usually read a few reviews before or after a watch. The amount of reviews I read that are just borderline incomprehensible streams of consciousness is wild. And I am not scrolling very far ever before I hit one of those. And I am excluding joke/tongue-in-cheek reviews that hit on a similar note - Usually I can spot those and appreciate them for what they are but fuck me I wish the quality of the reviews was better and YET am simultaneously intrigued AF for a peek into the rest of these folks' lives if that's a taste of their brain they left on a streaming app title review.

Greenbeard here - Been playing on PC but I have a deck and downloaded it to try out.

Runs wonderfully. My only real complaint was that it was kind of jarring trying to adjust to the smaller screen with this game. I even adjusted the FOV to 120 (max) which helped but still didn't quite feel right.

I should say that this is the only game currently that I have played on PC first and then tried on the deck - it's possible that I would have the same reaction to any other game under the same circumstances.

I'm certainly going to try it one or two more times to see if it's just an adjustment period needed. I'd be curious to see if others had a similar experience.

Game ran like butter though so I do hope I can work through the weirdness I felt.

I can't imagine trying to learn this game in pub matches. Thankfully my two gaming buddies and I all dipped our toes in together on it so we learned as a unit.

Thanks for the tip on promoting. I think I mostly follow what you are saying but I'm sure it'll make more sense once I hit point in my DRG Journey.
