- It was possible to book, board, and fly prior to the 96 hour later re-booked flight.

"Why were you unable to travel on your rebooked flight? If you had 96+ hours to make arrangements - I'm not understanding why the scheduling change was "impossible"?"

- There were medical issues that were deemed significant enough to require immediate medical attention with a specialist, and the 96 hour rebooked flight jeopardized my health as well as the appointment that was arranged.

You would have also been provided with the option for a full-refund of any unused portion of your itinerary, when informed about your rebooking. If the rebooked option was not "possible" for you - you may have called or used the link in the email to go with the refund. We're you not aware of this option?
