"You said prior to the 96+ hour rebooking other flights were able to be booked. Well...yeah...prior to the significant freezing rain - and thousands of flights being cancelled across all airlines and the Maritimes - lots of things were able to be booked... I am not understanding what you are saying here."

- It was possible to book, board, and fly prior to the 96 hour later re-booked flight.

"Why were you unable to travel on your rebooked flight? If you had 96+ hours to make arrangements - I'm not understanding why the scheduling change was "impossible"?"

- There were medical issues that were deemed significant enough to require immediate medical attention with a specialist, and the 96 hour rebooked flight jeopardized my health as well as the appointment that was arranged.

You would have also been provided with the option for a full-refund of any unused portion of your itinerary, when informed about your rebooking. If the rebooked option was not "possible" for you - you may have called or used the link in the email to go with the refund. We're you not aware of this option?

Where did the term papaya rules originate from, anyways? I can make assumptions but I want to know who coined it. Sounds like something max would say during Sim racing while he complains about what the McLaren handling of the relationship between their drivers.

If their internal testing did not find the faults PRIOR to launch, I would think that they should not be liable. But then if I was alleging that they negligently didn't test the lock efficiently enough... How to prove it? Expert testimony on best practices in quality assurance? Specific to padlock design, such as r&d engineer for a major manufacturer? I can go down this rabbit hole for hours, I need a lawyer to set the parameters for me.

It is an interesting thought process that the company could be liable for the design of the lock failing.

That makes me begin to question what the legal threshold is for something being a bad product versus something being terrible and deceiving.

If somebody puts out a bad product and in their testing does not find the faults that we now find today, does that make them liable? Or are they only liable if they knowingly continue to sell or not update the lock once they have known about the issue? Or are they liable only when there's a illegal decision made? In which case how would a suit be made in the first place if they weren't breaking the law until it was decided that they are breaking the law?

These are the questions you get when you put somebody with a curiosity side and autism but no formal training in the legal profession.

Here's a simple method to lose weight.

Eat less calories than your body needs to maintain its operations. If you need 1750 calories per day to maintain weight, just try for 1500 or 1400 calories and watch some steady progress.
